| We take a methodical and logical approach to bespoke solutions. Firstly, our experienced team conducts an on-site survey and needs analysis to determine customer specifc requirements. Findings are subsequently translated into a clearly defined list of materials and services that will be required in order to deliver the correct solution. A period of consultation and in house testing follows. The system will then be implemented.

| Maintenance, Repair and Installation

It's our belief that the repair service available to all Scotia customers is amongst the best available today throughout UK. All SRS bench repair technicians have the necessary experience, accreditations and training. This allows them to carryout there task effectively. Together with this, as a rule only genuine manufacturers replacement part are used. Where possible, a fast turnaround is the priority for our service department. We're pround to say that our average turnaround times vary between three and five working days. The majority of repairs that pass through our workshop each day are limited to a half hours labour plus parts. They are returned to the end user with a six month warranty on any repair work carried out. | | |

We offer site maintenance in the field both reactive and preventative to all radio system users from simple repeater systems through to large multi-site trunked networks. At Scotia we appreciate that down time, through faulty equipment, is a major problem for many radio communication systems. For this reason response to call-out is our priority. We also offers a comprehensive contract or ad-hoc installation service. All members of our installation team complete a full training program to ensure that our customers receive a top quality install service for all types of communication equipment. Every installation is completed to MPT standards recommended by Ofcom. |
