Scottish International Airshow

The Scottish International Airshow based in Ayr attracts over 80,000 visitors during the 3 day event. The site covers 2 miles and it was vital that communications were crystal clear and simple to operate. With the sheer volume of visitors in attendance, organisers needed to ensure the health and safety and manage the smooth running of the event.

Working with the client, Scotia agreed to provide Hytera digital equipment for this prestigious event. As always, the equipment was fully tested before it left the Scotia premises. Hytera PD565 handheld two-way radios, a Motorola DM3600 desktop radio, a Hytera repeater and D-shape and acoustic earpieces were supplied.

Once again the Scottish International Airshow was a tremendous success and the organisers were very happy with the service, advice and equipment supplied by Scotia Radio Services.
